Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail box account you want to forward email messages from, then select the target email box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
